Realization of consulting services
Consulting services implies a training the organization for full implementation of the management system, which then could be certified by an independent certification body and consists of the following elements:
- Snapshot of facilities with the report
- Training of managers for the system requirements
- Development of hazard analysis in collaboration with a team from the organization
- Design of documents in collaboration with a team from the organization
- Training of Internal Auditors
- Internal audits with reports
- Final consultations after the first phase of certification audit
